According to the publications identified by the third SAT today offer service de maquila de Facturas Electrónicas y que fueron certificados por el SAT para ofrecer este servicio. "Solo lo podrán realizar hasta el 30 de Junio del 2011", si no lograron la Certificación como PAC (Prestador Autorizado de Certificación) ya no serán validas las facturas que se emitan por medio de estas compañías.
Los esquemas que hoy están vigentes para que se puedan realizar facturas son:
- Facturas Impresas en Papel (Imprenta Autorizada. Siempre que sea vigente la fecha de emisión)
- CFD Facturas Electrónicas por propios medios (Quien lo implemento hasta on December 31, 2010) "remain in force for the alternative."
- Invoices with CBB (Younger than 2 thousand pesos)
- CFDI Internet Electronic Invoice (For Y RING own a PAC and / or renting the service of a PAC)
- CFD using PACFD (Only until June 30, 2010)
So it is very important to know if your company is using a PACFD for electronic billing will have to verify that it becomes CAP of otherwise your company will be obliged to do CFDI (Own Media and / or rent the Service).

According to the rules the companies that make electronic bill if they use a company that provides the service to them at least 1 of the following criteria should use a certified PACFD SAT:
- If the third party manage your pages
- If the third party administrator the digital seal certificate.
- If the third party generates the XML (Annex 20)
- If the third party protects the XML
- If the third party performs the monthly report
